1. General use

This website is dedicated to the sale of motorcycle spare parts and accessories. You must be at least 18 years of age or under the supervision of a parent or guardian to use this site. Any unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

2. Product accuracy and pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. However:

  • Motorcycle parts can vary by model and year (e.g., Euro 2 vs. Standard models). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

3. Orders and verification

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to contact you via phone or SMS to confirm order details before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified within 48 hours may be canceled.

4. Shipping and delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines (2-5 business days), we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier service.

5. Returns and exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused and uninstalled parts. Please note:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Electrical components and engine parts that show signs of installation cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect part was shipped by CityParts.pk.

6. Limitation of liability

CityParts.pk is a retailer of motorcycle components. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or mechanical failures resulting from the improper installation or misuse of any parts purchased from our store. We strongly recommend that all technical components be installed by a certified mechanic.

7. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
